An old man broken hearted
Wipes the tears from his face
To find a city left in ruin
As the time for mourning comes
They remember those who were lost
To the ravages of war
But their dreams are still alive
So the people unite together
With faith by their side
And love in their hearts
You can hear the people working
To rebuild their daily lives
The ravages of war shall fade
But their memories will
Remain the same
The war will be remembered
By the passage of time
